| I been there twice so far. They havent let me down yet. the staff is friendly and helpful with everything. the room was welcoming as alway and i love the location of it. i was near my love one and a shopping center. what more can a girl ask for. |

| Die Nähe zum Flughafen und der sehr freundliche und v.a. pünktliche Shuttle-Service rechtfertigen den Preis allemal. Das Frühstück ist gut (Kaffee normal & entkoffeiniert, O- und A-Saft, belgische Waffeln zum Selbstbacken, Müsli, Bagel und Toast. Butter, Marmelade, Frischkäse & Ahornsirup). Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und zweckmäßig, sehr sauber!. Unser Zimmer war leider im UG: Hier können die Fußgänger vom Parkplatz aus reinschauen... Der Hotelservice war sehr freundlich & hilfbereit bis hin zu unverschämt und genervt - je nach Mitarbeiter, den man dort erwischt. Die Umgebung ist leider nicht sehr schön anzusehen, es gibt so einige FastFood-Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. 2 Metro-Stationen sind in je 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das "Queens Shopping Center" (15 min Metro-Fahrt) ist empfehlenswert! V.a. wenn man nach dem Checkout (bis 11Uhr) noch etwas Zeit verbringen muss. Das Gepäck wird vom Hotel gerne eingelagert. Fazit: Bessere Jugendherberge für max. 1-2 Nächte. |

| Very nice staff, awesome free breakfast, we have stayed there twice now and will try to stay there again the next time we fly into or out of jfk. |

| Clean new rooms, clean bathroom. Stayed here overnight since it's near hotel (3 miles). |

| Nice proximity to JFK. Neighborhood maybe not the place to hang after dark. Kinda sketchy. Urban neighborhood and this hotel just pops up. Good rate for NYC. Recommend for short stay. |

| We used the shuttle service from JFK to get to and from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. The best part of the stay was the breakfast that is included with unlimited delicious coffee! and a nice selection of breakfast items. Our only problem was with making the shower work?? We didn't go into the neighborhood but it appeared to be very ti ght. |

| the hotel was very good for the price,and the people who ran the hotel was very helpful. the hotel was close to the highway for easiy access and, close to major shopping areas.I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Queens,Long Island or Brooklyn. |

| Overall it was a great experience. The staff is exceptionally helpful.
The continental breakfast is very limited and maybe because the eating area is extremely small. |

| needed O/N bed to meet early AM flight. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, in-room coffee a bonus. Parking was sketchy (well lit, but unfenced), but convenience outweighed everything. |
