| I really enjoyed my stay here. Reasonably priced for the location. The rooms were just cozy enough. Not too small, not too large. The pillows are in the closet in case you were wondering. We didn't know they stored it elsewhere due to aesthetics! |

| Jag bodde på Time för ett par år sedan, och då var hotellet urläckert och nyfixat. Nu har det tyvärr hunnit bli lite slitet och naggat i kanten. Rummen är små, men läget bra nära Times Sq. Populär bar på bottenplan och restaurang en trappa upp gör det lite livligt i positiv bemärkelse på hotellet. |

| Delayed check-in (they could not find my reservation) and wrong room given originally. Appropriate bigger room given. The rest of the stay was perfectly fine. Nice room, clean, quite. No issues in later part of stay. |

| The Time is a decent boutique hotel in a great location. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and relatively spacious for NYC. The condition of furniture was curiously shabby, with table corners damaged and some fabric surfaces worn. It reminded me of the used furniture I bought for my first rental apartment during college. The hotel cable TV system was positively awful - poor responsiveness and reception - but with all the activity outside who cares? |

| During a recent storm, I was stranded in NYC. I found this hotel online at a great last minute rate and was thrilled that it was in Times Square, so close to my office. The bed was extremely COMFORTABLE! The closet only had a curtain covering it, which took away the charm from the room and the faucet was broken and difficult to operate, but the room was lovely and very clean. I had a great evening. |

| I was amazed that such a high quality hotel with good-size room and bathroom was located right in the Broadway district (Chicago was literally across the street) for a much lower price than I would expect to pay anywhere in Manhattan much less that neighborhood! Very friendly staff including English speaking housekeeping. |

| I did my homework.. I checked out all of the reviews and was excited about the Time HoteI. I even booked in August for a fun Christmas weekend in December. We checked into our room and our King size bed was put into a room the size of a closet overlooking a brick wall. I had to move to one side for my husband to pass me to get to the bathroom or the other side of the bed. They did move us the next day after we complained, so I commend them on their customer service, but my initial reaction was disappointment! |
