Recent W Union Square Review: "This hotel is fabulous! Better than I expected. The lobby is so neat and interesting, very cool music playing and the front desk staff was awesome. The lift had to be used with your room key, I liked that feature for added security. My room was perfect, clean and quite. I was given an upgrade to a larger room with a great view, they did this without asking. What a lovely surprise. The entired hotel staff was excellent, I have never experienced such a great team. The hotel bar is the best. Again, great staff and wonderful martini's. The food was also great. Used the 24hr. room service, yes a bit pricey but well worth it at 2am. and you don't feel like walking. The food was delish! They let me check in early and leave 1/2 hour later than check-out. The door men were also great and not bad to look at either, LOL! I will come back here in a heartbeat! Thanks W New York-Union Square for making my weekend great!"
