| Stayed on the 15th floor and the hallway carpet was stained throughout the floor. The door in my bathroom was broken and a few of the towels were stained. Highly disappointed in the W Union Square - by far the worst W hotel I have stayed. |

| Lovely hotel in many ways. Staff not only very service minded, but also gives you the little extra. The decoration of the room classy and comfortable. The hotels situation is perfect - close to almost everything, with nice restaurants, shops and cultural sites close by. Also the lobby has a bar, perfect for a drink at night.
I would certainly recommend this hotel and from now on it will be my choice on my annual trips to NYC. |

| We had an issue getting into our room - frustrating but once the manager got involved they handled it well. The hotel is good mostly because of the location - can't beat union square. |
