| Astor on the Park is very nicley located near Central Park. The accomodations were nice and comfortable. |

| Location plusses - a 10 minute ride by subway from mid-town, and right next to Central Park, which is a pleasant retreat from the bustle of the city. Breakfast not included, but there are good cafes a short walk from the hotel on W 108th Street. A single elevator for the entire building, so avoid the 'rush hour' if you are on a high floor. Rooms very well kept, simple but clean and comfortable (though no chairs - only beds). Staff friendly and helpful. |

| Needed a place to stay while my apartment was having work done on it. While it is way north, it's close proximity to the subway made it a quick commute to midtown. Extremely friendly helpful staff, always remembered my room number! (you leave your key at the desk). Room was small but was clean, comfortable, and served its purpose. Right on Central Park... very close to the trail around the reservoir which is beautiful to walk/run around. As a New Yorker, have stayed all over the city, and can say this was a good value for the money. So overall it definitely exceeded my expectations! |

| room was small but clean, not many extras but we didnt go to new york to sit in the hotel, so it served us just fine. people were freindly and helpful. elevator was small and slow so take the stairs when you can. location is a little north of most the sites, but just a short walk, (3 blocks) to a subway station. Manhatten is expensive so price was not bad. all in all, is good place to leave your bags to explore NY and catch a little shut eye. |

| This is a very well kept hotel, very small rooms but very very pleasant staff. When our first room had airconditioner problems they switched us imediatly. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and the bathrooms(we got a private room)are fantastic!
It was also very nice to be right next to Central Park and 3 blocks from a major subway line.
Would deffinitly stay here again. |

| My husband and I spent 4 days in New York, overall we were very satisfied with this hotel, however the rooms are VERY small. |

| Everything was very clean. Very modern and updated. The staff was very helpful. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have young children. There are only a couple rooms that have more than one bed. The rooms are rather cramped. My only complaint was the elevator. It's only big enough for about 3 people and it is slowwww. If you don't mind taking the stairs, I highly recommend it. Overall, it was a pretty nice hotel for the money. |

| Reminded me of a small European hotel. It was clean and comfortable - we had the 2 bed room which was fine - we saw one 1 bed room and it seemed extremely small. Nothing fancy - but a great value and we loved the location - we walked in Central Park every morning! |

| Room was excellent, however the air conditioner really never cooled the room. We wish we could have opened the window. |
